From December 19th to January 7th, the Zhuldyz restaurant will transform into a space of winter magic—elegant, gastronomic, and truly festive. This is the place where the city's elite gather to usher in the New Year in style, deliciously, and royally.

Michelin-starred chef Jean Ashner is creating a festive menu that gives New Year's classics a new twist: Olivier salad with quail, herring under a fur coat, and horse meat aspic.

And also premium European Christmas classics:
  • Beef Wellington with Port sauce
  • Salmon with tangerines and truffles
  • Bûche de Galette – a dessert eagerly awaited throughout December in Europe


And, of course, the star of the evening is the legendary Galette des Rois, a royal pie made of crispy puff pastry with almond frangipane. Traditionally, a figurine is hidden inside. The person who receives it is crowned king or queen of the evening, with special gifts from the Kosmonavt Group of Companies.
